Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable blockchain architectures and decentralized applications for both EVM-compatible and Solana networks.
- Develop, test, and audit smart contracts using Solidity and Rust, ensuring high security and performance standards.
- Build and maintain wallet infrastructure, token standards, and cross‑chain interoperability solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust blockchain solutions.
- Optimize on‑chain and off‑chain components for throughput, latency, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–9 years of hands‑on experience in blockchain and Web3 development.
- Proficiency in Solidity and Rust, with a strong track record of production‑grade smart contract deployments.
- Deep understanding of EVM and Solana ecosystems, including token standards, consensus mechanisms, and network architecture.
- Experience building DApps, wallet integrations, and decentralized infrastructure with a focus on security and scalability.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex blockchain issues and implement performance optimizations.
