Senior BI Administrator skilled in Tableau Cloud, Azure SQL, and MuleSoft, responsible for platform administration, incident resolution, and ensuring reliable business‑critical reporting and analytics services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database instances, ensuring high availability and performance for reporting workloads.
- Support and resolve issues in MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) integrations that impact Tableau dashboards and data pipelines.
- Monitor platform health, perform incident management, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for Tableau and related BI tools.
Requirements
- Mid to senior level experience with Tableau administration and Tableau Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Azure SQL Database administration and performance tuning.
- Experience with MuleSoft RTF and integration troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
