About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the stabilization and production readiness of an AI‑generated PIMS platform, ensuring code quality and reliability.
- Conduct comprehensive security reviews, implement hardening measures, and enforce data governance across the stack.
- Design, review, and optimize SQL database structures and queries, correcting AI‑generated artifacts for performance and integrity.
- Own the end‑to‑end Stripe payment integration, handling transaction flows, compliance, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable backend services and define platform standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in SQL and relational database design.
- Proven track record in security architecture, vulnerability assessment, and secure coding practices.
- Hands‑on experience integrating Stripe or similar payment gateways.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, especially in reviewing and refactoring AI‑generated code.
- Excellent communication and mentorship abilities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
