Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services for a next‑generation risk decisioning platform, leveraging Python, Node.js, AWS, and container orchestration to deliver real‑time, compliant data‑driven solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend components for the Risk Decisioning Platform using Python and Node.js.
- Design and implement scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and event‑driven workflows on AWS, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Containerize services with Docker, orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes, and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.
- Integrate real‑time data streams, advanced analytics, and GenAI models into the platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and front‑end teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, SQL, and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, API design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with machine learning pipelines and responsible AI practices is a plus.
