About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services using Python and Node.js, ensuring reliability and scalability for the OX platform.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and customer teams to translate complex customer requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize SQL and NoSQL data models, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.
- Architect and deploy microservices on AWS, leveraging services such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS for cost‑effective, resilient deployments.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to uphold code quality and delivery speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience with proven expertise in Python and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, with hands‑on experience in SQL query optimization.
- Experience designing and deploying microservices on AWS, including container orchestration and serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and commercial priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering customer‑focused, high‑impact solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
