Senior Azure IaaS Administrator with deep Terraform expertise, responsible for designing, building, and automating Azure infrastructure using IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform modules for provisioning Azure resources.
- Implement IaC best practices, including version control, remote state management, and modular code structures.
- Automate infrastructure deployments through Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with application releases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical estimates and progress updates.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments for performance, cost, and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and practical experience with Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and infrastructure versioning tools (Git).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and delivering infrastructure as code in fast‑paced environments.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and governance within Azure IaaS.
