About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform on Azure and AWS.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Terraform to automate deployments and infrastructure changes.
- Implement AI‑Ops automation to monitor, predict, and remediate performance and reliability issues across all environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define best practices, governance, and compliance for cloud operations.
- Continuously improve tooling, documentation, and monitoring to support rapid delivery and high availability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on Azure and AWS.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
- Experience with AI‑Ops concepts, monitoring, and incident response.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, distributed team.
