Systems Engineer
Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced avionics solutions—including flight control, communication, and navigation subsystems—using Embedded C and MATLAB/Simulink in a high‑performance aerospace environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and integration of avionics subsystems such as AFCS, VHF/HF/SATCOM, Datalink, and navigation suites (GPS, IRS, TCAS, etc.).
- Develop and validate embedded software in C for flight‑critical hardware, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
- Utilize MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, simulation, and verification of system performance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage system requirements, interface control documents, and verification plans.
- Conduct hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and deliver comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of avionics system experience.
- Proven expertise in flight control, communication, and navigation system design and integration.
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C and proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling.
- Experience with system integration, HIL testing, and aerospace certification processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
