Senior Automation Tester responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java and Python, while integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with Agile teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA engineers in Agile ceremonies to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices for test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation, with strong proficiency in Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Experience with version control (Git) and test management tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
