About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Java or Python with minimal supervision.
- Implement performance, reliability, scalability, and load testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality feedback.
- Drive test strategy across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, script creation, execution, and defect management.
- Mentor junior test engineers and promote best practices for test automation and code quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated automation testing experience and 12+ years total in technology verification and validation.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Selenium, Java or Python, and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Proven ability to build automation frameworks from the ground up and integrate them into CI/CD workflows.
- Solid understanding of STLC, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
