QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test frameworks using Selenium, Python, and Java to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java/Python.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable rapid feedback and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, coverage, and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable defect reports to engineering teams.
- Mentor junior testers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering within complex, regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and TestNG or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering defect‑free software.
