Senior Automation Test Engineer - Neurealm

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Python for core eCommerce applications.
• Create and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data to validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Define, track, and report quality assurance metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and pass/fail rates.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams in an Agile environment to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Review and refactor existing test scripts to enforce coding standards and improve maintainability across the QA team.
• Document defects, assist in root‑cause analysis, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation for web‑based, large‑scale applications.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Hands‑on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and QA best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
