QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end automation for a high‑frequency crypto trading platform, designing robust Python test suites, integrating Selenium and API tests, and driving continuous improvement of test coverage and performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python automation frameworks for web and API testing of a high‑frequency trading platform.
- Implement Selenium‑based UI tests, RESTful API validations, and performance checks using TestNG and related tools.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to define test strategies, coverage metrics, and defect triage processes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high reliability of releases.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation in a fintech or crypto environment.
- Proficient in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).
- Hands‑on experience with TestNG, Jenkins, and Git for CI/CD and version control.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful services.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
