QA Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of high‑impact automation solutions for healthcare operations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and API integrations, driving efficiency across clinical, enrollment, and provider workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of automation solutions on Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- Analyze complex healthcare payer workflows (clinical, enrollment, provider, IT operations) to identify high‑ROI, rule‑based tasks for automation.
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject‑matter experts to translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable automated processes.
- Integrate automated flows with internal systems and external APIs, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce best practices, and establish governance standards for the automation platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise‑grade automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and related data models.
- Proficiency in API design, RESTful services, and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead solution architecture, conduct ROI assessments, and deliver projects on tight timelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
