QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium, integrating CI/CD pipelines and cloud services to ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and manage test execution in Docker containers.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, coverage metrics, and defect triage processes.
- Maintain and evolve test frameworks, ensuring modularity, reusability, and performance optimization.
- Monitor test results, generate actionable reports, and drive continuous improvement of testing practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering with strong Python skills.
- Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model, and test framework design.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive mindset.
