About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end‑to‑end automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Jenkins and Docker to enable fast feedback loops.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, coverage metrics, and defect triage processes.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in test automation, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and maintainability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering, preferably in a regulated or high‑quality environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and related testing frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills in English; German is a plus.
