QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium, driving continuous integration and delivery pipelines to ensure high-quality releases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Python.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ensuring rapid feedback and reliable deployments.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define test strategies, coverage, and quality metrics.
- Maintain and evolve test frameworks, libraries, and utilities, promoting reusable components and best practices.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and test frameworks such as PyTest or TestNG.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
