Senior Automation Anywhere A360 Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying unattended bots, integrating enterprise systems, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver scalable automation solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy unattended bots using Automation Anywhere A360.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust automation solutions.
- Integrate bots with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and custom APIs.
- Perform end‑to‑end testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high‑quality deployments.
- Provide hyper‑care support post‑deployment and continuously improve bot performance.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
- Strong knowledge of bot development, scripting, and integration techniques.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
