Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of industrial automation and control systems, leveraging PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and network protocols to deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions for complex engineering projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC and SCADA applications for large‑scale industrial processes.
- Integrate HMI interfaces and configure industrial Ethernet networks to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, perform feasibility studies, and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to meet stringent reliability and safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation and controls engineering within a manufacturing or infrastructure environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, or equivalent) and SCADA/HMI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of industrial Ethernet protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP).
- Experience with scripting or programming in Python for data acquisition and analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
