Senior Associate Systems Engineer responsible for designing, integrating, and validating complex defense technology solutions across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains, leveraging Linux, Python, and C++ to deliver mission‑critical capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end‑to‑end system architectures that meet stringent defense and aerospace requirements.
- Integrate hardware and software components, including Linux‑based platforms, networking subsystems, and embedded C++ applications.
- Conduct performance analysis, testing, and validation to ensure system reliability and mission readiness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—software, hardware, and cybersecurity—to resolve integration challenges.
- Produce technical documentation, interface control documents, and verification reports for stakeholder review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems, Python scripting, and C++ development for embedded or real‑time systems.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and secure communications.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and validation in defense or aerospace environments.
