Lead the design, build, and optimization of fraud prevention workflows, leveraging predictive modeling and data-driven insights to protect consumer banking products while enhancing user experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for fraud detection and prevention features across consumer banking channels.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and refine predictive models that identify and mitigate fraudulent activity.
- Translate complex risk metrics into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business impact, risk reduction, and customer experience.
- Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to deliver high‑quality releases.
- Analyze post‑launch performance, iterate on features, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or related domain, with a focus on fraud or risk.
- Strong understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical risk assessment.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with engineering, design, and compliance teams.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and product analytics tools.
