About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product roadmap for fraud detection workflows, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and risk analysts to integrate predictive models into real‑time fraud prevention systems.
- Drive Agile development cycles, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and overseeing sprint execution.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, translate insights into feature enhancements, and conduct A/B testing to validate impact.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze fraud trends, and iterate on solutions to reduce false positives and losses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or risk‑related domains.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection techniques, predictive modeling, and data‑driven decision making.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments, manage cross‑functional teams, and deliver complex features on schedule.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
