Senior field engineer responsible for deploying, testing, and supporting advanced defense systems across air, land, sea, and cyber domains, leveraging RF engineering, signal processing, and software development expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, install, and commission mission‑critical hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
- Perform system integration, verification, and validation testing using RF and signal‑processing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, providing on‑site technical support and documentation.
- Collaborate with product development and program teams to relay field feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and automated tools in C++ and Python to streamline validation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of field engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of RF engineering, signal processing, and communications systems.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for test automation and data analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with test and measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑facing skills.
