Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and project leadership, preferably in a regulated or high‑reliability environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
