Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud‑native web applications using AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to foster best practices.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating deployments and monitoring for performance.
- Champion DevOps practices, containerization, and infrastructure as code to streamline operations and reduce time‑to‑market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS).
- Proven leadership in agile environments, mentoring junior engineers and managing project timelines.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
