About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate predictive models to identify obesity biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
- Analyze large-scale clinical and omics datasets using Python, SQL, and statistical methods.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable research strategies.
- Deploy models and analytical pipelines on AWS, ensuring scalability and reproducibility.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and technical reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Proven experience in machine learning, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for data processing and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
