About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python and SQL.
- Apply machine learning techniques to extract insights and build predictive models for client projects.
- Lead process mining initiatives to identify automation opportunities and design RPA workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data solutions into client operations and advisory services.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices for repeatable delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI development.
- Hands‑on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and process mining platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
