About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve secure email and collaboration solutions for large enterprises, ensuring compliance, resilience, and scalability across multi‑cloud platforms.
- Lead technical design reviews, architecture workshops, and solution demos for C‑level stakeholders and security teams.
- Integrate AI‑driven threat detection and response capabilities into existing product lines, balancing innovation with legacy constraints.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to define roadmaps, technical standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of security excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing enterprise security solutions, with a focus on email and collaboration platforms.
- Deep expertise in multi‑cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure integration patterns.
- Proven track record of delivering AI‑enhanced threat detection and response capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and compliance requirements.
