Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions, driving architecture, data pipelines, and cloud strategies to deliver scalable, high‑performance analytics platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end data solutions, from ingestion to analytics, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and modern data orchestration tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, governance, and security best practices.
- Lead cloud migration and deployment strategies on AWS or GCP, leveraging managed services and automation.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering, with a proven track record of large‑scale deployments.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data orchestration frameworks (Airflow, dbt).
- Deep knowledge of cloud data services (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, S3, GCS) and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
