Software Engineer
Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for end‑to‑end AR reporting, cash application, and financial analysis using SAP, advanced Excel, SQL and Tableau to drive accurate cash flow insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full AR lifecycle, including invoicing, cash application, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc AR reports for senior leadership.
- Analyze aging trends, identify collection risks, and recommend actionable improvement plans.
- Maintain and enhance SAP AR configurations and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to monitor key performance indicators such as DSO and collection effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of AR experience.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/AR module and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
- Strong analytical skills with SQL query experience for data extraction and validation.
- Experience building interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
