About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy generative AI models that automate ad creative generation and optimization for Sponsored Products and Brands.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the advertising lifecycle, from content creation to performance analysis.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and data analysis to validate model impact on key metrics such as click‑through rate and conversion.
- Develop scalable pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3) to support real‑time inference and batch processing.
- Ensure responsible AI practices by implementing bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance checks.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and generative models (GANs, Transformers).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AWS services for model deployment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of turning data insights into actionable product improvements.
- Effective communicator capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
