About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that improve transaction efficiency and profitability across international markets.
- Develop and fine‑tune statistical and deep‑learning models on terabyte‑scale datasets, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business metrics into actionable ML solutions.
- Deploy models to production on AWS, monitor performance, and iterate based on real‑world feedback.
- Publish research findings, contribute to patents, and mentor junior scientists.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with 5+ years of hands‑on ML experience.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) for building large‑scale models.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data analysis of massive datasets.
- Experience deploying and scaling ML services on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, etc.).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to own business metrics, and communicate complex ideas to cross‑functional stakeholders.
