Lead end‑to‑end AI projects, designing and deploying production‑grade ML models on AWS using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and advanced deep learning techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for automotive applications using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production pipelines on AWS.
- Implement model monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement strategies to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best‑practice guidelines for AI development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud services (AWS).
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, model serving, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
