Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI services and supporting infrastructure for AI-powered product capabilities
- Develop solutions for evaluating and improving LLM output quality in production environments
- Build frameworks and tooling to support AI feature development across engineering teams
- Contribute to deployment and operational reliability of AI services in production
- Optimize AI services for latency, cost efficiency, and reliability
- Provide technical guidance to engineers building AI-powered features and establish best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend or systems development
- Strong Python development experience and backend service design
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or generative AI services into production systems
- Experience evaluating or improving AI model performance in production
- Strong problem-solving and systems design skills with cross-functional collaboration
