Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of advanced AI models for digital health, leveraging Python, ML frameworks, and cloud services to deliver scalable, data‑driven care solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production‑grade AI models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and containerized microservices on AWS.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate research prototypes into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring for model performance and drift.
- Optimize model inference for latency and cost, leveraging GPU/CPU resources and model compression techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes on AWS.
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for applying AI to improve health outcomes and a track record of delivering high‑impact solutions.
