About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business challenges into AI use cases, designing predictive models, segmentation, anomaly detection, and scenario analysis.
- Develop and deploy reusable, production‑ready GenAI and ML components that integrate seamlessly into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Finance, Treasury, and Actuarial to define data requirements and validate model outputs.
- Implement robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Document model logic, performance metrics, and deployment procedures for auditability and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue), and data engineering best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering) and traditional ML algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business value.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
