About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a scalable automation platform powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) that can reason, plan, and adapt to complex real‑world tasks.
- Design and develop agentic workflow components using JavaScript/TypeScript, ensuring modularity, testability, and high performance.
- Craft effective prompts and fine‑tune LLM behavior to meet specific business objectives and maintain robustness across diverse scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional AI, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate the framework into existing services and cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices for AI‑augmented development, and drive continuous improvement of the codebase.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, preferably in Node.js environments.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and techniques for building agentic AI systems.
- Proven track record designing and delivering complex, production‑grade automation or workflow solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to translate abstract AI concepts into concrete, maintainable code.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
