Senior Applications Support Engineer - Birmingham City Council

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Redwood RunMyJobs, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues across multiple environments.
• Manage and coordinate integrations with third‑party systems, maintaining data integrity and security.
• Lead incident management, including root cause analysis and post‑incident reviews.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data flow.
