About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and support integration testing to guarantee solution stability.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing Salesforce implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for customization.
- Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough unit testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
