About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Appian applications that translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, define scope, and create functional specifications.
- Apply Agile practices—sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives—to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and provide ongoing technical support across the application lifecycle.
- Integrate Appian components with external systems via REST APIs, SQL databases, and Java services.
- Partner with QA teams to design test cases, execute regression testing, and validate solution integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions with Appian.
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and RESTful service integration.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
