Senior Analytics Specialist Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced business intelligence solutions, creating data visualizations, and delivering actionable insights using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end‑to‑end data pipelines and ETL processes to support enterprise‑wide analytics initiatives.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI that translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, model data structures, and ensure data quality and governance.
- Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance, scalability, and reliability across large data sets.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and developers, fostering best practices in analytics development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to design robust data models and implement efficient ETL workflows.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
