About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines that ingest data from multiple CRMs, ERPs, and product platforms into Snowflake.
- Build and optimize canonical data models to support financial performance, revenue operations, and product analytics.
- Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that drive decision‑making across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an analytics or data engineer in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Snowflake for data modeling and transformation.
- Hands‑on experience building ETL pipelines with modern tools (dbt, Airflow, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, revenue recognition, and product activation funnels.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders.
