Senior Analytics Engineer - Lendable

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data models.
• Build and optimize analytical dashboards and reports in Looker, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Implement best practices for data quality, testing, and documentation across the analytics stack.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote code review standards, and contribute to the evolution of the analytics architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience building production‑grade pipelines with Airflow and transforming data using dbt.
• Deep knowledge of cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake, and data modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to create self‑service analytics in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a track record of delivering reliable data solutions in fast‑moving environments.
