About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and ETL pipelines for claims, eligibility, clinical, HR, and engagement data.
- Implement transformation logic using dbt and orchestrate workflows in Snowflake.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual analytics in Tableau to support strategic benefits decisions.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the benefits organization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering, preferably in healthcare or benefits domains.
- Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with dbt, Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouse), and Tableau (or comparable BI tools).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures such as claims, eligibility, and clinical records.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
