Data Engineer
Lead data-driven growth initiatives as a Senior Analytics Engineer, building scalable pipelines, advanced analytics models, and actionable insights using Python, SQL, and cloud services to fuel marketing and product decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store large volumes of marketing and product data.
- Build and deploy predictive models and segmentation algorithms to identify high-value user cohorts and optimize acquisition funnels.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and dashboards.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks and analyze experiment results to inform growth strategies.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all analytics workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles, preferably in a growth or marketing context.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands‑on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and experimentation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional projects.
