About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions with clients to define analytics requirements and success metrics.
- Design robust data models and architecture that support scalable, high‑performance analytics workloads.
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and orchestration tools on cloud platforms.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in BI tools, translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to analysts, managers, and C‑suite executives, driving data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data warehousing (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or GCP BigQuery).
- Hands‑on experience building ETL pipelines and designing dimensional data models.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable.
