About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Oracle Population Health solutions, including Care Management and Registries, to meet client business objectives.
- Develop advanced analytics models and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Lead data‑driven decision support initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate analytics into existing healthcare platforms and workflows.
- Provide training and adoption support to client teams, driving sustainable use of analytics tools and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and population health consulting.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Population Health suite and related reporting technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
