About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product features and user experiences.
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate analytics tracking and ensure data quality.
- Leverage cloud computing services to scale data pipelines and support large‑scale experimentation.
- Apply statistical methods to validate results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing.
- Solid understanding of front‑end technologies, particularly CSS, to work closely with product teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences.
