About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical models and dashboards to support aircraft maintenance, engineering, and planning teams.
- Extract, clean, and transform large operational datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast maintenance needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, driving data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics within an aviation or complex operational environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
