About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain advanced analytical models to monitor business performance and support strategic decision‑making.
- Extract, clean and transform large datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify risks and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, risk and technology teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence within a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong statistical background with experience in regression, time‑series analysis and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
